Course Description

Did you know that the heart actually sends more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart?!

The more your heart & mind are in coherence, the better your mindset, vision and capacity to achieve your goals become. It’s really that simple.

The recent research from HeartMath and other leading experts are now scientifically proving that the brain is less of a command center than we thought.

These heart signals have a significant effect on brain function – influencing emotional processing as well as higher cognitive faculties such as attention, perception, memory, and problem-solving.

In other words, not only does the heart respond to the brain, but the brain continuously responds to the heart.

In this workshop we’re going to explore the connection between the heart and mind and how, by doing the inner-work, you can create new levels of outer success in business, relationships and life.

 

You will:

• Learn simple techniques on how to create better cohesion between your heart and mind

• Learn the basics of brain waves (Alpha & Beta), meditation and neuroscience

• Get clear on how you want to FEEL on a daily basis and why this will be your easiest path to success, happiness and joy (corny, but true)

• Develop methods to reach for ‘higher thoughts’ when going through challenges, that will support mind-heart cohesion

• Experience a blended approach of certified coaching, energy medicine and group discussion
