Did you know that how you handle and resolve conflicts in the workplace is based on your behavior, and not your personality?

If so, then you’re invited to experience an exceptional training, licensed under Thomas Kilmann Diagnostics. Participants will take a TKI Conflict Styles Assessment to see their conflict resolutions styles and will use their results throughout the training for a more personalized experience.
By the end of this training, you will be able to:
- Use your newfound learning, skills and insights to create immediate and better outcomes to conflict
- Use a systematic approach to reading and navigating conflict situations
- Know how to differentiate between functional and dysfunctional expressions of the five conflict modes
- Understand the TKI Conflict Model and use it to understand how to navigate many conflict situations
- Identify the impact of bias on conflict management
