About this Event

In recent years, there’s been a rapid increase in the number of women choosing to head off travelling or on holiday alone. In celebration of this rising trend, Lonely Planet has partnered with ‘SheTravel’ and ‘Girls on Travel’ to bring you a special evening of talks and a Q&A session with four expert speakers covering everything from how to travel safely as a woman alone to scaling the rainforest-clad mountains of Guyana, followed by refreshments. This is a unique event open to all, exploring the theme of female travel, inspiring attendees to discover new regions of the globe and plan their next adventures with confidence.

Proceeds from this event will be donated to Womankind Worldwide, a global women’s rights organisation working to transform the lives of women.
